    cortisol

    i might have this wrong. is cortisol the reason we lose some of the gains of a cycle. and cortisol is only around during pct. does that mean during pct that your training will sufer and you will have to take things easy. is there any natural ways to help combat this and keep you training

    cortisol.... is around all the time in fact your body release small amount sporatically thoughout the day.... cortisol is a hormone which is release to regulate stress.... a major reasoning for it's negative effects on your bodies gains is that it releases glucose into the blood stream ..... something like GH which is another stress regulator of the body!

    clen/taurine helps fight cortisol as an anti-catabolic.
