    How do I run my PCT (Seriously)

    I took a shot of Deca 500 and an amp of Omna yesterday, went to an eye specialist today and he says if I lift without properly healing my eye could pop out What should I do for a PCT ( if any)

    deca might have shut you down, or might not, but do take clomid for 1 week and your good to go

    deca definitely shut you down...but you will recover very fast, what was you diagnosis??

    Doctor said no lifting for at least 3 weeks. I'm pretty pissed.
