HELP!! Post-Cycle Clomid Dosages

Hello everyone. I just got off of a cycle and i forget ( :- / ) what the dosages are for taking my clomid. Could someone please just write me back and help me out so i can take this stuff properly?

150mgs/day for ten days, and decreasing the dose by50mgs every ten days until your finished at day 30. I wouldnt only do this for your PCT though, but if that is what you got then this is how you should take it.

Week 1 200mg
Week 2 150mg
Week 3 100mg
Week 4 50mg

Something along those lines would be ok for a usual test cycle....depends what your taking.
