I just started a cycle of susts 250. Going for 12 weeks. at 500mg EW My question is, is proviron at 50 mcg a day enough to combat gyno and all the fun side effects that comes along with test or should I get some Nolvadex or Arimadex??

have you ever taken test before?? if not, the only way is to take it and find out.. any anti-e will reduce results, the proviron should be ok for you but the only way is to take it and see what happens..

I have taken 250 before, even with out an AI, before I was educated and I only experienced a little bloating.

I forgot to mention that I will be running the 250 with Anavar at 80mcg ED for 8 weeks.
