    pct workouts

    i have done some searching and have not found many comments on workouts during your pct.i personally am just starting my first pct from my first ever cycle of test e only.i have cut my workout schedule down from 4 days on 1 off to 3 days a week total ,and so far have not lost any gains!!is this typical or should i try to hit the gym as hard as i was when i was on?

    it's not time to see what u gained from this cycle yet... wait a couple of moths to see what ur <<solid>> gains are...the ones u manage to keep

    Your keep your gains correct ? That mean your doing well u have a decnet pct set-up. So Good job on that part.. Of course u want to hit the weights as hard u did on cycle... that will help u keep more of ur gains
