critique my pct

Im running 10 week cycle of 750mg test e and 8 weeks of 600mg deca.

My pct is as follows.

1 week after last test shot = 500iu HCG for 10 days.

17 days after last test shot = 40/40/20/20 nolvadex & .50mg arimidex all E/D for 30 days.

Is there anything else I should consider using? I cant use clomid cos the sides really dont agree with me.

This is the way Anthony Roberts lays out a PCT without Clomid

Week 1
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E 1000 IU/day
Week2
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 iu/day
Week 3
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 IU/day
Week 4
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day
Week 5
Nolvadex: 20mg/day
Week 6
Nolvadex: 20mg/day

Thanks Kale. At the minute I only have available what ive listed. But I will certainly consider doing it the way Anthony Roberts has suggested next time. Do you mix the Vit E with the HCG or do they have to be injected seperatelym (both Sub Q). Also would you consider adding aromasin with my current pct and if so what dose?

Viatmin E is a tablet so you dont have to worry about injecting it. Dont worry about Aromasin as you are already running Arimidex which is pretty much the same thing
