    The Clen Problem

    it s my first time)i use clenbu with winstrol(1ml every two days),

    i m now at 6 clenbu (0.02 nihifi) /day, 2 days on, 2 days off

    and it s my 12 days, i feel nothing from the beginning


    no palpitations

    no tremors

    no sweating

    no imsomnia, and i take my clenbu at 11.00 pm and i sleep at 1.am


    nothing

    i sweat but of course because i do 3 times /week cardio 40 min

    and i am 105 kg , i think it s 235 lbs, 16 % fat and 1.88 cm

    so my question is

    is my clen fake ????

    or simply should i use DNP ?????

    (IT s 20 mcg clen that i use...)

    You should feel clen work within 60 mins bro on just one 20 mcg shit 120 mcg i would be buzzin all day side effects pitter off after a while good stuff tho.

    it does not make me hot, i get tremors at 80mcg but what are you trying to accomplish?? i assume lose bf...

    i've run dnp 2 times.. won't do it again.. but that's me..

    Many people dont experience sides. Some people experience sides at higher doses, Read clen FAQ in my sig. Also reconsider 2 days on/off as there are much more effective ways to run it.

    perfect beast, i read of course the clen faq, it s the reason why i host a new thread...because i didn t feel side effetcs...


    i want to pass from 16 % bf to 8 % fat

    my diet is very hard

    i just eat 100 gr carbon hydates per day

    like this

    50 gr at morning and 50 gr after my workout

    and every two hours, i eat 40 gr protein so 320 gr protein per day

    and 3 times/week cardio 40 min

    but i m not hurry, i have time to lose it , mmmm untill june.

    Thats not enough calories man... post your diet in the diet forum and read some of the posts there... if you have till' June why crash diet like that? It's counterproductive, you'll end up losing a ton of muscle and some fat, which in turn lowers your metabolism; sort of counterproductive... you've got plenty of time to accomplish your goal, do it the right way, you'll be happy you did!

    no carbohydrates??

    your body will soon go into starvation mode, and will start muscle wasting..

    but there must be more that you are not saying at this time..

    but like this, i already lost 7 kg in one month and half, now i try clen but

    i have the problem that you know...


    maybe should i add ephedrine with clen for a power effect ????

    I know that add ephedrine with clen , increase the side effects but i dont have side effects with clen so ,why not ?

    WHat do you think guys ?

    your diet sounds terrible mate. that is where your problem lies. You need to make a diet out of whole foods not shakes. And you need some fat in it (EFAs). Spend a couple of hours making a decent diet then post for critique in diet forum.

    just up the clen dose and see if you get sides. Dont expect major sides though. A tiny shking and slightly increased HR.

    SO if i understood good, i should iocrease it to test it, so instead 6 clen (20 mcg-so 120 mcg) i should take 8-9 clen (so 180 mcg)


    that s right perfectbeast ????
