Help with HCG Post Cycle

I have 2 boxes of HCG at 5000 iu per box. I just finished a 14 week cycle.

1) How should I take it?? everyday?? and for how many days?
(250 iu or 500 iu ED???)

2) It says to shoot it Intramuscular on the box, i searched on here and some people said they shot it sub q... what should i do??

3) For intramuscular shots, rotate sites like with gear???

I had the same question and this is what IBD told me "Be careful running HCG at a high dose, I'd run 500iu every 3rd day, not 500iu ED. You can actually damage your LH (leutinizing hormone) by overdoing it like that which is very BAD news"...Also Iwould only take 5000ius and save the other bottle..
