Trying to fix my PCT-PLEASE HELP

I really need your help on this guys especially regarding HCG since I keep finding so much contradicting info on this - but 1st the facts, am in week 2 of:

- Test E ... 1st week 1000mgs, week 2-10 500mgs/wk
- Halo ... weeks 1-5, 20mgs/day on non work out days, 30mgs on work out days
- Adex (L-dex) at .5mg/day throughout

for PCT I have following compounds in place:

- Tamoxifen at 15mg/tab
- 3 x 5000iu HCG
- Adex

firstly i was thkin of running the Adex all the way through cycle and PCT adding Nolva 2weeks after last shot Test E at 30mgs/day for the 1st 2weeks and then down to 15mgs/day for week 3 and 4 of PCT.

the real tricky issue is the HCG - some advice says to start running it 2weeks before last shot and not for PCT, then I found info suggesting to run it 2weeks before last shot & PCT and on top of that I ve read info saying to run it all the way throughout at low dose to keep the boys in shape and again another info says to run it at the beginning of PCT for 2 weeks only!

ok - here I am a newbie completely confused!

Please guys help me on setting up my PCT with the compounds listed, especially givin me detailed info on how you reckon I should use the HCG and at what dose - I really need ur help on this one.

use it at 500iu ed, you can start it 2wks before your pct or 2 weeks before your last test e. shot, up to you

and for how long u run the 500iu ed in total?
