ok im 20 years old 185 pounds about 6 years lifting experiance 2 serious. proper diet of about 35000 cals dail and plan to bump. heres how the cycle is
Week 1-10-sustanon 250 500mg e3d
week 1-3 superdrol 20 mg ed
week 12 (18th day)-week 16-nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20
is there anything else i can add to my pct to make it really good
