    Question Re: Any tricks after you come off?

    Hi guys,

    I 've been training for 6 years. I'm 5'9 and 80kg. Went on 2 cycles previously and all went well. I have a question regarding supplementation when off cycle. What are the abolute neccessities to help to keep the gains? Can't be too extravagant here, hence, do need some advice on spending on the right stuffs. Cheers!

    I like IGF and slin when i come off. 4 weeks igf and 4 weeks slin. With a good PCT i find this really helps with keeping gains and gives a good boost to training. Make sure training does not slack in any way and diet stays 100%. These are the two main reasons i see people lose there gains. Once they come off cycle diet gets sloppy and training becomes lazy. IMO this period of time you should be training and eating harder than ever to keep those precious gains.

    you really need to know what you are doing with slin, can be dangerous. GH is great for post cycle keeping gains
