    Question Insane post cycle problems scared!!

    i did a cycle last year. dealer got arrested didnt have pct to use. i know dumb. im suffering from severe depression mainly because i have soo much fat stored in my stomach lower pecs and thighs. its so massive and unbelieveable people ask me if i have a medical condition. its been almost a year since the last shot was injected. i tried some pcts from online that were suggested here but they didnt help at all. i have a doc appt in 3 weeks soonest i could get. can i be honest with my doc to get bloodwork done to see if this is actually my problem? is there stuff he can perscribe to help my body go back to normal if that is the problem? can he throw me out of the office? does anyone think my guess is right that this major fat stored in those specific areas is probably due to this dumb move by me? especially since i eat a clean diet with not overdoing my calories? appretiate any helping posts!!

    - You can be honest with your doctor.

    - No. he can not throw you out of his/her office. That would be unethical and against their code of morals in helping people. You would possibly be able to take him/her to court over something like refusing medical help.

    - Hard to say that the fat stored in those areas is a direct result of not using PCT. I would post your diet and you training regimine to further evaluate if the fat storage is a result of inproper PCT.

    well my resting bmr is around 2300 cals im eating about 2900 to 3000 a day. i workout every other day. eat a couple hund less on off days. cardio 30 mins 3 times a week. those are also clean calories. heres a basic idea of a daily feast.

    Breakfast: couple eggs, 1% cottage cheese 3/4 cup, 2 slices wheat toast, 1cup oj

    Meal 2: 2 chicken breats with fat free ranch dressing roughly 4 tablespoons, maybe handful wheatthins i kno not the best carb of choice, and 1 cup cranberry juice.

    Meal 3: usually same to meal 2 proportions never later than 5 pm

    Meal 4: lower carb maybe 2 cans tuna low fat mayo which if you read the label isnt bad for you at all, on 1 slice wheatbread yes i make 2 cans fit on there, if im dieing for carbs ill throw in some plain steamed broccli or 1 piece of fruit,

    Meal 5: Bedtime: Protein shake free of fat or sugar,carbs, with 1 tablespoon melted peanutbutter.


    typical day varies little obviousley but thats about it. some tweeking but not damaging enough to pack the weight on like this idk tell me what you think.

    i forgot to mention i thought maybe my salt intake was too high so i tried lowering it to almost nothing didnt help. i also tried diet suppliment which have worked for me in the past did nothing, and i also forgot to mention how unbelieveably moody i am like a little girl. i get hot flashes too idk if any of that is relevant but i forgot to post it.

    are you saying that you were lean before cycle and since stopping AS without proper PCT you have developed fat deposits???
    The diet needs a lot of work BTW... Post in the diet forums for better advice and I will take a look over there myself.

    sounds like you have some major estrogen related issues mate. Outline Exactly what PCTs you have tried since cycle please.

    i know its hard to judge giving the info and not really knowing me. , letro i tried and also i tried clomi,


    if the bloodwork shows i do have estro problems can it be fixed??? the reason at first i ignored it and thought it was mainly my diet was because my body everywhere else and still everywhere else is lean as it can be with the way i eat if i cleaned it up id probably be as lean as u since i can normally burn fat just by chewing gum before i was an idiot and didnt make sure i had what i needed last year. I also thought the levels would regulate after a year weather i did pct or not

    so basically you have not run a proper PCT by the sound of it. I would run an agressive PCT like this one http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=209758 and see how you get on.
    Scrimping on PCT after cycle can leave you pretty messed up.

    if i can't get my hands on anything that fast is there anything at all over the counter that might help the slightest bit for my appointment in 3 weeks? or do i have to suck it up until i go? should i even bother lifting or am i just wasting my time?

    why dont you just order it from ARR (top right banner). Thats who I use.
