balls still undersized, but test levels are normal...?

Anyone ever have this happen? i didnt think its be possibel, test was 600ng, 50 days after last shot with no pct.My pre-cycle levels were 491. Balls are still a bit squishy but filling out. I pop wood at work as usual. Jerk off twice a day. I ran 10 weeks deca, 12 weeks eq. I wanted to score a script by purposely getting my levels tested when low, but i never hit a low. WEIRD.
I have a ton of PCT meds. I plan on running one anyway though.

oh i had my levels tested 10 days after my last shot and they were 1846, even though the eq was the only thing in my system(we found that eq tests the same as testosterone due to similarities in molecular weight). I stopped test e at week 5.
so i waited anouther 25 days after the fist blood test to see where i was at, an i was at 560. So then i thought that since i ran no PCT that it still must be the eq in my system. So i waited another 2 weeks and did a bloodtest and they were at 600ng. this is 50 days about after last shot.
