is this gonna be enough?

just started pct 2 days ago going on that i should start 18 days after my last sus inj.
so it goes like this:-
20mg of tamox for 50 days+
25mg of aromasin for the first 30 days
is this gonna be ok after 14 weeks of sus at 500 mg's+10 weeks of deca at 400 mgs?

do you really need over 7 weeks of pct???
3-4 weeks is usually plenty for me

hi ya'll
yes i think i need 7 weeks of pct just to make sure,
last cycle before this one was about 14 weeks of 400mg deca(i know it was stupid with no test) and was shut down badly panic attacks etc cause i'm suseptable to them.but this time i'm gonna make sure.
hopefully i'm gonna get through this without to much bother
though waited 18 days before starting(seems now i should only have waited a week)diff conflicting recipies for starting pct after sus online
deff gonna make sure and do my 50 days of tamox and 30days of aromasin and hopefully in time on to my next cycle when i'm back to normal(whatever that is,,,normal aint me but hell we'll see)))

seems to me that to much pct is no worse than a recommended pct so i'm gonna do what i was planning to do which is 50days of tamox +30days of aromasin(means first 30 days of aromasin+tamox)then next 20 days of tamox!!
better be safe than sorry ehh

just a quick question though should i taper down towards the end of pct(not sure if estrogen rebound is an issue with this pct?)
