buying pct question

i've been looking for an answer for a while and couldn't find it so flame this sh*t of the me if you hate it...If Nolvadex and clomid are all legal for me to order from ar-review then why can't ids labs or anabolic extreme or any other lab make a legit pct???

nolvadex and clomid from ar-r are only legal bcoz they are meant for "research", but buying them straight from your neighbourhood pharmacy would require a prescription in most countries. those pct products by anabolic extreme and others are only good after a pro-hormone cycle that doesnt create a complete shutdown unlike steroid cycles
