    Most Successful PCT?

    There a few different PCT methods in the forum and I was wondering which one have you guys had the most success with (as far as keeping gains and not getting any gyno)?

    There are a TON of PCT protocols. Problem is what works well for one may not work as well for others and somewhat de pends on the compounds used, duration of cycle, and dosages

    Keeping gains is a lot about diet and training after the cycle as well and not just PCT.

    I am sure this isnt' the answer you were hoping for, but its probably the most accurate one you will get on this

    ya exactly, you need to find the pct that works best for you not for us.

    Do you think some PCT drugs work better than others? And diet and training; what would you do post cycle to help solidify gains?

    Well for me, the clomid and nolva worked well..but I also made sure I had some proviron in the mix along with some tribulis.

    I also love running a low dose Arimidex throughout my cycles and some prefer Letro. I don't seem to be Gyno prone, so arimidex is plenty for me

    I tried running HCG throughout a cycle once but didn't feel it did anything for keeping me from being totally shut down or help to recover.....

    but this is what I mean. You need to try a few things and not be afraid to change things up to see how your body reacts.

    Some people HATE clomid for its emotional roller coaster it puts some on

    as far as keeping gains after a cycle. the problem is that some people think that once the cycle of 12 weeks or 14 weeks of HARD training and diet are over, that they can relax and slack off

    Its just the opposite. as the AAS run their coarse out of your system, you need to still train hard and heavy and watch your diet or you will lose hard earned gains

    what worked best for me post cycle was hcg 3 days after my last aas inject to pull the testes out of hypergonadism and prime myself for the novaldex and clomid to start my body on its naural hormonal axis. i always ran proviron the length of my pct as well.
