Yes, yet another HCG debate...

I know it's been beaten to death by now, but there are so many differences in opinion on the use of HCG that I have to resurrect the topic once again. LOL.

I've read that HCG is benificial to take throughout the cycle at a low dose to maintain testicular form and function. I've also read many threads with bros saying that it's not a good idea to run throughout the cycle.

Can anyone tell me positives and negatives to these two opposing views? Thanks in advance everybody!

can't tell you the pos and neg, BUT i can tell you I ran it throughout my last cycle at a low dose 300-500/week and did NOT notice any benefits with recovery after the cycle.

Thats the thing here, for some it may help, and others not. YOU have to become your own guinea pig and experiment with your body to see what works and what doesnt'

Be careful of HCG gentleman. I'm 31 and been with my girl for 10 years. I went to my Endo and she prescribed HCG (We were trying to have kids). BAM.....within 3 weeks she got pregnant.

Strong stuff if you ask me.

How did you use the HCG. i am running a 10 week test and eq cycle. Would be using HCG thorugh out the entire cycle form week 1 to 12 (week 11 and 12 only HCG no AAS) @300+ius(300+ ius becuase i divided 2000ius into 6 portions) every wednesday and saturdays. And then at week 13 and 14, commence normal nolva and clomid PCT. Is your similar?

it is preferable to use it one wk before the end of the cycle. since the idea for therapy.

HCG can make things worse with the shutdown of natural test. If its used when and only when shrinkage is a factor, then great. But if shrinkage isnt a problem HCG is best avouided. Why complicate things? HCG is best used during a cycle, either to:

1) Avoid testicular atrophy, or
2) Rectify the problem of an existing testicular atrophy.

Having said that, I run mine for 10 days@500iu ed between my cycle and the start of pct. Just to get my balls back into shape!!!!!
