PCT for my first cycle

As some of you may know, I am new to this whole thing. Looking to start my first 12 week cycle of test-e. I plan on getting clomid, and nolvadex. My question is....... How much of each do I take when my cycle is finished. I have read that I should start at 14 days after last injection. After I finish PCT how long should I go before another similar cycle. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
