Nolva Split Dose?

Is it best to split your dose of Nolva if you are doing 30 - 40mg each day or can you take it all in one go?

Cool... Cheers. That is much simpler. Just wasn't sure if I needed to split it to keep the eefects constant.

no need to split, nolva has a long half life.
