Stupidity Confirmed Cycle/ PCT

With all the newfound knowledge I gained from this site, I now realize the stupidity of my previous experimentations with gear.

- I was dosing 100mg of Deca per wk for 7 weeks

(Due to military status, overseas w/limited sources, and no previous research)



With no Break, I jumped on this cycle (I'm 5 wks into it 5 more to go)

- 250mg Sust 2x wk

- 50mg of Winny EOD

- 20mg Novaldex ED


The results are good; however, I know I can tweak it for a little more success ...Any advice is appreciated...


*** What I really need advice on is a proper PCT to help me recover from this mess

I currently have access to HCG, Aromasin, Novaldex (and I'm sure I can get anything hereby recommended)

The winny should be ran ED and not really any longer than 6 weeks. The pct merc suggested works good (hcg portion debatable), and you already have all the components to run it
