hey everyone so im waiting on my test prop and im going to run it solo 500mg a week for 8-9 weeks9(first cycle)
my goals in this cycle are lean muscle as much as the prop will let me get
can someone help me with a shopping list and how much i should run anti est during cycle and pct im scared of getting gyno .. thanks!
