    I need Diet and Workout help for PCT ??

    I have been reading as much as possible, and I am trying to find good advice for my diet and workout for my PCT.

    I'm just starting week 2 of my 10 wk test C. only cycle.

    I have Nolva, Clomid, Relacor and Myogenx on hand.

    I want to know how to tweak my diet and workout routine to keep the most of my gains.

    Right now I am on a 4000 kcal diet, 200g+ protien a day. I weigh 170 lbs., 5' 6".

    Good question, I was also wondering if diet and training should change during pct?

    keep calories and protein intake up.
    train each muscle once a week. keep your weights the same to try and keep your strength as high as possible but dont add more. keep your reps low and reduce sets too. stick to basic excersises like barbell curls and skullcrushers. try not to be in the gym more than an hour. thats the best advice i can give you.
