I have been reading as much as possible, and I am trying to find good advice for my diet and workout for my PCT.
I'm just starting week 2 of my 10 wk test C. only cycle.
I have Nolva, Clomid, Relacor and Myogenx on hand.
I want to know how to tweak my diet and workout routine to keep the most of my gains.
Right now I am on a 4000 kcal diet, 200g+ protien a day. I weigh 170 lbs., 5' 6".
