Depends on the concentration. . . if it happened to be 1 mg/mL then .25mg would be .25mL.

yea i know but my syringe goes by 1c 2cc 3cc 4cc get the point how many lines is .25mg

It would be 2.5 lines if there are 10 increments between each whole number.
