Ok I finished up a 18 week cycle of Test-E and Dbol and started my first day of PCT today after taking a week off from the gym to rest up before PCT.I went into the gym to do Bench today and instead of getting 3x290 I got 1x290!! WTF!?!? I expected I *might* lose some strength during PCT but not this much and on the first day!? Is this *normal* guys!? it's not diet as I have been eating upwards of 6000+ kcals a day 500g protien etc.etc
