Rapid Strength loss on PCT!?
Ok I finished up a 18 week cycle of Test-E and Dbol and started my first day of PCT today after taking a week off from the gym to rest up before PCT.I went into the gym to do Bench today and instead of getting 3x290 I got 1x290!! WTF!?!? I expected I *might* lose some strength during PCT but not this much and on the first day!? Is this *normal* guys!? it's not diet as I have been eating upwards of 6000+ kcals a day 500g protien etc.etc

it's probably from the week off...a lotta times when you take a week off, the first week back your a little weaker, then the following week your back to normal...doberman, are you part of another board?

Clomid Days 1-28 50mg
Liquidex Day 14-28 0.5mg
Dont think the strength loss is from taking a week off, I take weeks off all the time and or deload and I might lose a bit of strength but not this much.

man 2 reps? I wouldnt worry about 2 reps.
I get much worse than that most of the time. As said above, I'd focus more of loss of size (not water retention) rather than loss of strength.
I tend to lose some strength I gained, but try to hold on to as much as size as possible..

I dont give a damm about size, Im a powerlifter and yes your 3RM becoming your 1RM means -22lbs for my 1RM thats a BIG drop!!! it's not just 2 reps.

Did you take dbol for all 18 weeks? cuz that would explain ALOT

No dbol was stopped 4 weeks before 1st day of PCT. 3 week's after dbol I was still pressing 290x3

hmmm, all I can say is that you probably just had a bad day at the gym... it happens to everybody I guess. Maybe not enough sleep, or a number of other factors could come into play....see how you fare next week

My lifting seemed to suffer also after my 1st cycle, and pct.
I found mixing some German Pure Creatine 5g along with some L-Glutamine powder 5g
with your protein before and after workout worked wonders.
This combo worked for me, after a 2nd cycle / 12 week test e and 4 weeks D-bol cycle,
I never loss any strenght, and felt like i could lift a bus every time.
but thats me.

i have just come of a cycle and have experinced the samething with my strength decreasing a great deal, still stronger than i have every been but my lifts compared to when i was on are down alot

Hmmm thanks guys, so it would seem only Weapon loses strength on PCT?

yeh thats cause i didnt have a proper pct in place Ai's are hard to get here in austalia
