Thread: PCT-Nolvadex/Chlomid/Armidex???

  1. #1

    Question PCT-Nolvadex/Chlomid/Armidex???

O.K....so now I've read about every thread on here, along with others out there on the web, and as expected...it all conflicts with each other.

Want to make sure I'm being smart about my PCT.

Was on 500mg Deca, and 500mg Test E.

This week I went on the PCT with 10mg Nolvadex, and 10mg Armidex......

Yet when reading some of the threads they state....skip the Nolvadex?? Other say use Chlomid....yet another says Chlomid is a waste of time. I have all three, and am now greatly confused.

I don't have any gyno. Only side effects I had was water retention and acne. Acne is receding as is the water retention.

O.K. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks guys.

    Great site.

PCT protocols are very specific to the person doing it after a lot of hit and misses and finding out what compounds work best. However, a good place to start would be to take the protocol that seems to work for virtually all cyclers..and that's Robert Anthony's..check the sticky...I myself follow a slightly different protocol but that's the product of my limited access to certain compounds and what has traditionally worked for me.

it also means you need HCG, especially since you're coming off deca

    Update

    Howdy,

Well, don't have any HCG contacts right now....so what I've done is work out a combo:

    Nolvadex 20mg
    Chlomatid 50mg
    Armidex 1mg

No big side effects...but I do feel sorta "puffy". The mild acne that I had with the Deca/Test E continues on...very annoying. I started to taked 50mg of Doxycycline per day to try and fix that.

Had my first heavy workout on the PCT last night...must say that as far as strength goes, I don't feel like I lost much at all. In the size category, I can see my muscles being a little smaller, but not a huge difference.

Starting tomorrow I'm back on a strict diet regimine:

    Morning: oatmeal, toast
Late morning: protein shake, or tuna
Lunch: tuna, or chicken breasts with veggies
    Late afternoon: fruit/tuna, etc.
Dinner: Normal, high protein, not much carb
    Before bed: protein shake

I think this may help defeat some of the puffiness...yeah, I gotta work on lowering the salt intake quite a bit.

Will be introducing much more aerobic exercise in this next week, for the next 60 or so days.

Looking forward to the next cycle!!

Last item...my BP, and heart rate are higher than they normally are, only 10 beats more...but something I need to keep an eye on.
