Its suppose to really help get everything back in order fast as well as help keep the gains. I would like to hear if it worked for you or not?

Must the vitimin E be injectable? Or can you use pills? What would 1000iu be in mg?

I don't recall ever seeing vitamin E measured in mg.

What i meant is vitimin E pills/capsuals
