help for one who is new at this

So i need some help guys, first let me start off by giving some background info. Im currently not living in the united states. I am in a country I dont want to be in but fortunitly for me its easy to get AAS. Well only about 4 different kinds is what they seem to have. So back in october i did a cycle of Sust, and deca... 500mg of sust and 200-400 mg of deca a week. It was a good cycle no problems what so ever. tore my tricep so i stopped lifting so i stopped my cycle. Well i started a new cycle on january 1st of 500mg Sust and 400 Deca and i added 30mg of dbol. I started noticing puffy nipples and i got freaked out about gyno so i stopped. the dbol right away. I cant get any anti-estrogens where im located and i was curoius to what the best over the counter anti-estrogen is and if its even worth buying. I am still on sust but i dropped the dosage to 250mg a week and dropped my dosage of deca to 200mg a week. Checking to see if that will work. I currently take novedex XT for anti-aromatase just because its all i can get. also im curious, how long does gyno take to form? could i develope man tits just from one 8 week cycle? also if i stop injecting will it more then likely stop? Thanks for the help guys. It really sucks where im at so im limited to what i can get.

YES. IT WILL STOP PROGRESSING, BUT IS NOT LIKELY TO DETERIORATE OR RESOLVE W/O TX.

It really sucks where im at so im limited to what i can get.
