    After cycle

    So I am in week 6 of week 12 and I will take nova and HCG for PST. I can't remember who told me on here but I will take creatine after I'm done but at which point do I start 1week, 2week after I'm done?

    Different ques..

    Every time I inject in my shoulder it twitches....freaks me out a little does this happen to some of u guys?

    In Canada, where you are located, PST represents Provincial Sales Tax or it can mean Pacific Standard Time. Im assuming you mean Nolva for PCT? PCT start times are dependent on the AAS you are using. As far as creatine I would start it at the same time as PCT but there is no fixed rule to it.....as far as creatine is concerned. What compound(s) are you using? Personally I like to use creatine and a stimulant to help me keep the intensity in PCT....as well as megadosing BCAAs to help salvage the gains

    dont take hcg for pct it need to be taken before it to kick start you balls,take clomid +nolva and adex for pct

    Hcg during pct with nolva and aromasin is an accepted and popular pct around here. Aka Anthony Robert's PCT.
