High Test, High E, low sex drive, hairloss

As you can see by the thread title, I'm in a bit of a pickle.
I recently got a blood test and here are the results:

    Thryoid Panel w/TSH
    TSH - 1.451 Ref Range .35-5.5
    Thryroxine (T4) - 9.1 Ref Range 4.5-12
    T3 Uptake - 33 Ref Range 24-39
Free Thyroxine Index - 3 Ref Range 1.2-4.9

    Test, Free & Total
    Test, Serum - 775 Ref Range 241-827
Free Test (Direct) - 20.2 Ref Range 9.3-26.5

    Lutenizing Hormone (LH), S
    LH - 4.1 Ref Range 1.5-9.3
    FSH, Serum - 2.3 Ref Range 1.4-18.1

    Estrogens
    Total - 92 Ref Range 40-115

I'm currently experiencing low sex drive as well as hair loss. What sort of options do I have? Duta and Fina will kill sex drive even more.

Do I need to run my third PCT to reduce my estrogen levels?

Actually your results look kind of normal to me. Each value is within the reference range. The reference range is based on typical "normal" values for someone of your gender. If the values are outside those ranges then that might be a cause for concern and the doctor that ordered these tests should have discussed that with you. If you're not sure then talk about it with your doc.

Finasteride won't necessarily kill your sex drive. Some people notice no difference. My experience is that after a week or two there is a flare up where I my sex drive is much higher (usually lasting 4 or 5 days), then it takes a dive for about 3 weeks, then it normalises at a useful level. You can always stop taking it if you get freaked out and things will come back to normal.

Yes I take Proscar 5mg and it does nothing to my sex drive. Your problem is probably the Estrogen. Even though its within range its at the high end. You could try some Arimidex that will bring it down fairly quickly and you can determine what to do from there

I cut out fina a long time ago.

I've gone on a 2 month cabergoline cycle to reduce my prolactin levels.

That didn't take me where I needed to be, so I am just finishing up a low-dose aromasin cycle coupled with cabergoline.

I await to see the results.

And if that doesn't work, my next option is a clomid/aromasin cycle to get that hpta working again.

Edit: Didn't know you didn't see my later results:

    TSH 1.270 ref. .35 - 5.5
    T4 7.3 ref. 4.5 - 12
    T3 uptake 37 ref. 24-39
    Free Thyroxine Index 2.7 ref. 1.2 - 4.9
    Test serum 360 ref. 241 - 827
    Free Test direct 8.1 ref. 9.3 - 26.5
    LH 2.6 ref. 1.5 - 9.3
    FSH 1.5 ref. 1.4 - 18.1
    Prolactin 25.2 ref. 2.1 - 17.7

High estradiol is what is killing my erections
