how should I run the clomid I have after the 14 days??? I have the LION clomid on hand

So 14 days after I'm done I do this:
Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks

my first cycle was test e 200 and i loved it. it was a 12 weeks cycle, 1 cc every 4 days. i used Nolvadex and i had some clomi on hand. i started the Nolvadex the day i started my cycle at 20 mg/Day for the the 12 weeks. i had no problems at all i did not use the clomid. i started my 2 cycle yesterday and it will be the same, only i will use the clomi 2 weeds after my last shot.
