    My new cycle

    Im gonna be starting a 10 week cycle in the next couple weeks here maybe i could get some feedback from you guys and you can let me know how it sounds and help me out a little, my last cycle wast last year and i was soo happy with the results but i messed up ad didnt really take any PCT for some reason... so i lost most of my gains and now im looking to get them back.
    My stats are:
    -20 years old
    -165
    -5'11
    -11%BF
    so im pretty lean, i eat right ive been workin out on and off for about 4 years so im no stranger when im at the gym. my last cycle was test cyp and tren for 10 weeks, but likei said no PCT.
    this cycle is gonna consist of 10 weeks of test enth 250 and EQ 300. I will do 500mg a week of test...(monday 1ml, and thursday 1ml) and im not quite sure how to use the EQ yet, i was going to just do twice a week at 1 ml monday thursday as well. and i have clomid and arimidex for PCT i want to start the arimidex probably pretty early, to fight the bloat haha and then clomid 14 days after the last stick, does that sound about right?

    and my stats sound pretty scrauny, but most people tell me i look like i could be 175, i dont have much legs, which will change with this next cycle!! i never realized how important they were until i realized i could have gained probably 5-10 more pounds if i did work them

    How many cycles do you have under your belt at 20?
    What age did you started roids?
    It seems you have to work on your diet and PCTs...

    ive done one cycle i did that last year when i was 19, what should i do about ym diet and PCT?

    Post your daily macros intake, you have to check your diet before plan any cycle. Once your meals are planned and your calories and proteins amount are enough to bulk, then we can talk about chemicals. I'll be glad to.

    well i actually made a meal plan up and its somethin like this:

    Protien shake in the morning with a little bit of oats throw in there and 15ml of ***** oil
    9:00 2 cups of yogurt and cottage cheese and oats
    11:00 2 chicken breast, and brown rice
    1:30 protien bar
    4:00 steak potatoes milk
    6:00 perogies
    8:00 protien shake with ***** oils and oats again
    the first three times are always dead on because of work and the last couple are usually around the same time and generally that amount of food is always consistant, ive been doin that for the last 3 weeks and its pretty much routine now with my weight and size, im sure thats more than enough protien and carbs to get a solid amount of weight on me right?

    When do you workout? Have you made a sum of the total pro, carbs, fat? It's the most important thing, plus I have to know when you train, which hour of the day. What are perogies? Last two meals look a bit out of plan, the first three are "dead"...don't understand that...

    woww really eh i didnt know what time of day i worked out made a difference, cool.
    but the first the meals are "dead on time" i meant to say because at work thats my coffee break, lunch break and then coffee break. and maybe i'll cancel the perogies out and start making some pasta.
    and i will usually hit the gym after work around 5:30pm and i like to go at least 4 days a week.
    my workout will look like this:
    i'll and jump of the treadmill and warmup for 10 mins on a medium speed, than about 10-15 mins of ab work, and then go downstairs and start working out... for each muscle i will do about 4 excersizes and 3 or 4 sets with 7-10 reps with a minute or two inbetween each set.

    Monday - chest bi's
    Tuesday - Thighs
    Wednesday - shoulders tri's
    Thursday - back calves
    i took that from steroid .com and have been usin it for a while its working for me for now so i'll stick with that.

    i have all the protein carbs and cals written down for my meal plans i just dont know where they are at the moment, but i can asure you everything has been working so far without juice, just not as much as i would like.

    Sounds like your gym has the same setup as mine with the cardio being on the walk in floor and the rest of the gym downstairs. Post up those macros when you get them worked out. Your diet will determine the amount of weight you gain and weather or not you keep it once you go off cycle.

    after i just have yo eat mad amount of protein and cals and just eat like mad correct?
