Search for C bino's reversal protocol, starts with 1 squirt a day, then 2 squirts day 2 , then 3 etc until you reach 10 squirts a day continue with 10 until symtoms disappear than reverse 10,9,8,6...etc.
Use nolv upon cessetion to avoid a bounce back of estrogen.
