Gyno Help Please...

Hi all i no you most probably get this off every new member but i need help.

I am currently in a Cycle of Sustanon And Deca (1ml of each / 4-5days)
I have just come to the end of my 1st 10 week cycle and noticing sore pectorals and sore nipples. I have no inflammation or itchiness but they are sore!

What would you recommend I take/do to help prevent this.

I have read up Nolvadex and Clomid are good but as I live in the UK where would be the best place I could get this from as I have never bought it b4.

I am looking to carry on with my cycles after a 4-5 week break but I just need advice on PCT.

I forget to mention i also had a 4-5 week course prior to the sus and deca on NAP Tablets. But i was eager to come off these as i no they are highly toxic and bad.

Can someone please help me with this as u can imagine i am Very worried as i have had no previous advice.

I might be over worrying as i have only had 10-12 cycle for the 1st time and Gyno might not accur this fast but i need advice on weather it does and what i need to do.
I cant seem to get hold of Nolvadex or clomid either in the UK, if anyone no's of anywhere that will deliver to me please let me no. Or if my GP will give me it i will go there.

Btw you should have already bought some! You need to be better prepared !!!!

Nolva on its own should be ok. I would take 20mg p/d for 4-6 weeks so you keep your gains, and deal with the Gyno. And don't bother with Clomid because its more expensive and simply not as good in my opinion.

You should also have an AI.......eg Aromasin, Arimidex etc........

Thanks mate big help, i will order the Nolva soon as i am home from work.

As for the aromasin or armidex what is this mate and can i get that from the same site?
I no i should have been more prepared but i am new to all this and suppose i can only learn. I should be ok thought with only taking a small amount do you think?

Could anyone else also give me advice on this please.
And will Nolvadex be the same where ever i get it, just checked on a site and it was 10mg Tabs, so would 2 / day be enough seems though i am only on a small amount of sus and deca?
