Pheendo or AR PCT

I am currently in week seven of my sus 250 cycle. So far im up 18lbs. I'm planning my PCT at the moment. I cant decide whether to go with

Phendo's PCT(clomid, nolva and l-dex)
or
AR(nolva/aromasin ) minus HCG .

I'm leaning towards Pheendo's because i can't get HCG.

My cycle will be either 10 or 12 weeks haven't decided yet


Any thoughts

I like A Rob's pct if it's a cycle that causes significant testicular atrophy, Phedno's if it's a cycle that doesn't.

So far really haven't notice atrophy, but dose it make a difference if i dont have HCG .

You can run AR's pct without the hcg.

But that would be my personal preference also.

Hcg isnt that hard to get hold of if you try.
