500mg/wk test c and 400mg/wk deca. 14 and 12 wks.. i have both clomid and nolva but havent really put together my pct yet. i still have 13 wks til end of cycle but i want to get my pct settled now. what are good dosages and how much do i need? i can get as much as needed.

Don't you think it should be better to have planned your PCT before strart with gears?

Plenty of threads suggesting PCTS.

And having an AI for any possible estro sides would be advisable.

Something like this should be ok....
Clomid 3 weeks - 100/50/50
Nolva 4 weeks - 40/20/20/20

Ya deca should finish a week or 2 b4 ya test to make it easier to recover.
2 weeks after the test start ya PCT.

one of my close buddys told me that he either uses clomid or nolva for pct, but never both. his personal preference is nolva for whatever reason. as for my pct i was going to use both. he also suggested using letro with one of them. now im all confused so can somebody shed light. thanks

Read Pheedno's PCT thread (sticky at the top) and read into the benefits of using both nolva and cloimd.

But then of course you can use them singularly for the unique benefits.

thanks.. im just looking for the best pct possible for the quickest recovery. libido is very important in my life.
