Nolvadex run whole cycle?

will it hurt or is it recommended to run Nolvadex a Test E cycle from the start, in the middle or start after the cycle ends?
After cycle I will be on HRT so basically it will be my PCT Now on AndroGel but I'm sure moving to Test injection shortly.

week 1-52: HGH 2iu Prescribed.
Week 1-52: CJC-1295 400 mcg 1x week
week 1-12: Test-E. 500mg\week

Novladex options:
week 13-14: novladex @ 40mg\day
week 15-16: novladex @ 20mg\day
or
week 1-12 @ 10 - 20mg \day

BTW even though my Test levels came back low (250) I have NO problem with sex drive or erectile issues and really want to make sure that I dont do anything to mess things up with a PCT.

Ive already given my stats in other threads. Stats and Diet are good for the cycle (1st)

the nolvadex should only be run if gyno symptoms begin to occur. and if im understanding this correctly you wont be having a PCT so just hang on to it and hopefully you wont need it.
