Nolva, aromasin, Clom? Dosages

If I were on a 12 week cycle of Test only, (T400 cyp/enan blend), what would be the ideal PCT dosages for me?

Based on my research, I think I am going to use Nolvadex and Aromasin. I am just curious on what would be the ideal dosages per day, and for how long?

Right now I am looking at something like this:

Nolv Arom
wk1 20mg/ed 20mg/ed
wk2 same same
wk3 same same
wk4 same same

would this be long enough?

Your PCT looks good although I would up the Nolva to 40mg for the first week.
