A different type of gyno experience
I've had minimal gyno before running test (1 gm a week of test E) and nolva. Usually, it's a small bump right under the nipple that goes away post cycle. I've noticed that the nips get a little pointy as well (that too reverses post cycle). This time I'm gettiing a different type of gyno. It's not directly under the nipple but it's slightly off to the outer pec and deep within the pec muscle. It's most noticable when I lift my arm up and I make a circular feeling pattern just outside of the nipple area. Have you ever had that before? I'm going to run some letro and try to reverse it and then get back on the nolva. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Id say gyno.
Go with the letro and then go back on the nolva as you were planning.
Nolva will also avoid the rebound from the letro.
