how many sprays from ar to get dose

hey guys any one remember there was a post about how many sprays to use to get your dose out of ar-r product was a list of all the difrent formulas and how many sparys for a surtan amount if any knows the link pls reply thx

I always just use an oral syringe.

I use a dropper also that has markings on it. Sometimes the compouds get clogged up in the spray.

Anywho. the dose is 10 sprays = the amount stated.

Ex. I mg/ ml. so if you want 1mg then 10 sprays, 0.5mg 5 sprays, ect ect...
