4 week post cycle starting on week 12 (2 weeks after last inj)
20mg Nolva, .25mg Liquidex / ed
maybe not perfect, but a solid cycle?

clomid 100mg/day first 2 weeks, 50mg/day week 3-4 added with what you have listed would help.

big, instead of the clomid could you run Aromasin along with the Nolva?
