    Could this be gyno? Pics.

I'd like some advice on this one.. I haven't noticed a change in my nips that I can identify.. Also, I don't know what to feel for, but I know on the bottom of my pecs it feels flabby. Hoping it's just fat and maybe I need to work on upper chest more.

    Advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Pics are just relaxed, with arms at sides.

It say its more fat or water.

Gyno is a hard lump that forms behind the nipple or in the general breast tissue.

Hey shifty, can't gyno also make the breasts look kinda cone shaped w/o necessisarily having a hard lump behind them? Or is it always gonna start out with the hard lump?

Well if you look at pics of gyno it tends to be right at the tip of the breasts rather than the whole breast its self.

    Gyno

    After gyno surgery

A lot of guys worry about gyno when infact its just water or fat.

The letro treatment will work for either a lot of the time due to the amount of female hormone receptors in the breast tissue - so is always worth running to see if it improves.

Most guys who get gyno tend to have slightly flabby boobs b4 hand. And fat has a higher concentration of aromatose enzymes which then creates more estro and makes the situation spiral.

One of the reasons aas use is advised against if ya BF% is higher.

Can help cut down estrogen so much that it effectively dries you out.. only works for some, but cardio and diet need to be the first port of call.

well the reason I ask is because at one point in time during my teenage years I had gyno...Had surgery to remove it, but ever since then I have always had extra fat around the chest area and Im doing cardio 5 days a week in the morning on an empty stomach I seem to be loosing it everywhere but the chest.....Thats the reason I was asking...
