Newbie : PCT Advice needed for 10 week Test Prop Cycle

Hello all,

I am currently in week 8 of a Test Prop only cycle.

Week 1 - 6 : 100 mg EOD
Week 7 - 10 : 125 mg EOD

I have bought 30 tabs of 20mg Nolva and 30 tabs of 1mg Arimidex.

I have read in the sticky on this board that PCT for Test Prop should occur 3 days after the last injection. However, many people that I have spoken to said that ideally I should be starting my PCT 2 weeks before the end of my cycle.

So, I would please like to know the following :

1.) What dosage of nolva do I need to take?

2.) What dosage of arimidex do I need to take?

3.) What is the frequency of the dosage of the novla?

4.) What is the frequency of the dosage of arimidex?

5.) Should I start my PCT now, 2 weeks before the end of my cycle?

I have not yet showed any signs of gyno, but I would like to play it safe and make sure that I keep my gains as much as possible.

1) 20mg ed

2) 0.25mg ed. Maybe a bit hard so what i would do is cut the tab in half and take 0.5mg ed

3) every day

4) every day

5) if you only have nolva and arimadex start it 3 days after ya last shot mate

What I want to know is do I actually have enough novla and arimidex or do i need to buy some more?

0.5 mg ed of arimidex = 60 days stock

9.) How long do I have to wait to start another cycle after PCT? (I know that some people give the standard answer of 'Time On Cycle + PCT' = Time Off, just wanted to know your opinion on the matter)

8) yes but why would you do this ? you might as well just not bother coming off if that was the case

9) me i only do one cycle a year so i do more than that. but if you get blood work done and everything comes back ok then anytime after you finished pct
