    how much nolva?

    im doing about 600mg of test per wk. how much nolva do i need ED... is 20mg enough ED or EOD?

    are you talking about pct or while on cycle? I wouldn't run any while on cycle.

    while im on it.. its actually 800mg per wk... i dont want anything wrong with my nipples... so is 20mg Ed or 20mg EOD?

    well most of the time youll notice if gyno is goin to flare ie itchy/puffy nips its not recommended to take all the way through a cycle but you can at 20mg ed

    I've even read of lesser doses if you are running Nolva daily. I wouldn't use it unless you absolutely have to.

    is 20mg EOD ok to do aswell? so i shouldnt take nolva unless i see gyno?

    ^yep. or just run 10mg ed and then bump it up if you have to.

    Personally, I'd be on Arimidex 0.5mg/ED or EOD.
