mid cycle itchy/sore nipples...

i'm in my 6th week of shooting Test E at 1cc per week. i've noticed that i've been getting itchy/sensitive nipples. i admit, i really don't have enough knowledge to be using AAS--because i'm just not prepared and feel in the dark. it has been recommended that i take Nolvadex and have it on order and will receive it shortly.

when should i start taking it and for how long during my cycle. AND, how should i take it for PCT. thanks.

Dosages of 10-20mg daily are fine.
you should've actually been wise to buy all the ancillaries before you went on this cycle, having said that, i hope you have your PCT covered?

I agree 20mg daily and some proviron as well 2 caps per day.

You recomend 2 caps of proviron daily. Do you even know what strength it is. 2 caps could be 10 mg or 50 mg for all you know.

You should keep advice like this to yourself.

i agree. i will never start a cycle untill all ai and serms are on hand.also letro is a must to have incase gyno pops up.
