Time of day to take Nolva?,help needed with my pct...

Looking for quick bit of help here guys,educated answers only please too.

My 6 week dbol only pct is Nolvadex D@40mg/day week 1,20mg/day weeks 2 & 3.

My tabs are 20mg each,I will be continuing to train hard and heavy 3/4 times a week.

When do I take my tabs for them to be most effective?,I'm not gonna get very far reading instructions,they're foreign.

It doesnt matter when you take them, as long as you are consistent......morning, night, it makes no difference....
