im doing a 10 week cycle of sust 500mg a week with var 20mg a day. when should i start my pct. i wanna take novadex 60mg day one 40 mg 10 days and 20 mg 9 days. this is just a guess through research.. advice is appreciated

With sust I would start pct 18 days after last shot. I'll move this to the pct section, you may get more help there.
