    How do you skillfully switch from letro to tamoxifen citrate?

    I know there's estrogen rebound. Is there a protocol for making the switch from letro to tamox? Suggestions?

    Man, I tried this once and it was bad...BAD. I had a huge rebound and was back on the Letro within 8 days but instead of the maintenance I was on for Letro, I went on gyno theropy which worked. It all happened wicked fast. I would love to hear if it is even really possible to do effectively. I'm sure it has a lot to do with Letro doses before starting Tamox
