sore niples

can anyone advise
woke up this morn with a sore nipple (its the actual point)
only thing is i only had my first inj 5 days ago (400mg test cyp)
Its my first cycle, started 40mg dbol 3 weeks ago though (don`t ask about delay)
maybe i`m just being paranoid!!

test will do that to you, especially cyp by theend of cycle you will feel like you have a hershey kiss buried underneath your nipple...

no lumps though under the skin
so it isn`t too early to have this
