Nolva (Tamoxifen) will block estrogen and lessen the effects of estrogenic sides, mainly gyno due to its affinity for breast tissue. Some claim it also helps with water retention.
It will improve your lipid profile (LDL/HDL).
It will reduce IGF levels.
Its liver toxic (fiarly mildly).
Its a carcinogen. (NOT GOOD!)
Its cheap.

whats a safe dose daily?? and i have read mixed reviews as run while on cycle or post cycle.....any thoughts

20mg a day (1 small oral syringe). i ran nolva daily on my third cycle and i thought it made a world of difference during PCT.
